Caps Layout Design:

– We will send you a proof sheet for your approval after any change. We will put to press after final approval.
This overlay is manufactured using a high-quality embroidery process. With this method, the motif is embroidered directly onto the textile. The stick is very high quality, robust and durable.

The colors of the embroidery threads used may differ slightly from the specified solid colors (HKS K or Pantone C). For technical reasons, circular arcs and round graphic elements cannot be implemented 100% exactly. Graphic effects such as color gradients, color grids, transparency, 3D effects, shadows, etc. are also not possible. For font weights, please use typographic, positive or negative lines with at least 2.8 points (approx. 1mm). Overall, the font height must be at least 6mm. Convert fonts to outlines (curves) and use sans serif fonts such as Arial.

Define graphic elements and backgrounds as spot colors as well. If you use white in your template, this is counted as an independent spot color and must be defined as a spot color white. If you use black in your template, this will be counted as an independent spot color and must be defined as a spot color black. This also applies to backgrounds and graphic elements. Color values and notation: (HKS 1 K, Pantone 402 C, white, black). A maximum of 12 different colors, including white and black, are possible in one embroidery process.
